See Carbolite’s new 1200˚C ‘E-Series’ compact tube furnaces
Carbolite will exhibit an example of its new 1200˚C ‘E-Series’ compact tube furnaces, for the first time in the UK, at Lab Innovations 2013 (6 - 7 November 2013, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, UK). Available from May 2014, the innovative E-Series is ideally suited to routine laboratory applications and includes 150, 300, 450 and 600 mm length furnaces, each of which can accommodate work tubes with outer diameters up to 60 mm.
Carbolite is attending Lab Innovations for the first time and will exhibit alongside Retsch UK its sister company within the Verder Scientific Division. As well as the E-Series, Carbolite will showcase the widely used Peak laboratory ovens, fully equipped with the new nanodac™ combined programmer and data logger which ensures precise temperature control and monitoring. Also on show will be the AAF 11/7 ashing furnace, designed to provide optimum ashing conditions for samples destined for elemental analysis. The AAF 11/7’s wide, low chamber enables it to comfortably hold a large number of samples, while a high flow of pre-heated air ensures complete combustion. With a capacity of 7 litres the AAF 11/7 is the middle of 3 sizes including a 3 litre model and the 18 litre AAF 11/18 which has a two tier racking system.
“It is great to see the return of a major national laboratory exhibition to the UK, and we are very excited to be attending with the E-Series tube furnace,” said Alan Street, Product Manager for Carbolite UK. “This will be our first visit to Lab Innovations, and as the UK’s leading manufacturer of heating equipment we always look to provide visitors with valuable and unique solutions for their laboratory applications.”
The expert Carbolite UK team will be on hand throughout the event to answer any questions on laboratory heat treatment solutions, from class 1000 (ISO Class 3) and class 100 (ISO Class 2) clean room ovens to customised laboratory furnaces, ovens and incubators. Carbolite's range of heating equipment reaches to 1800˚C and with capacities up to 10,000 litres, providing solutions for every application.
